How to Return an Online Order
- Initiate a return: Visit our return portal here and fill in your personal information + order number.
Important:The return portal requires to enter your email and order number. Two things must be correct for it to work:
- The email must match the one used at purchase.
- The order number must include the "#" prefix — e.g. #NO1234, not NO1234
- Shipping the Return: Returns are at your own cost. You are not required to use the provided courier, but it’s highly recommended. Returning with our recommended partner bring cost NOK 149 incl. VAT, as described in the return instructions.
3. Important: If you do not print the return form via the portal, you must include a note inside the package with your order number and name, or your return cannot be processed.

Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Failure to include your order information correctly may delay processing of your return.
Products may only be handled to the extent necessary to determine their nature and basic functionality.Activation, registration, or binding of a product to a DJI account (including drones, handheld devices, or products connected to DJI Care) exceeds what is considered necessary handling and will result in the product being treated as used.
If a returned product has been activated, registered, bound to an account, or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to assess it, we reserve the right to:

Deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the product’s reduced resale value, or

Reject the return if the product is returned in a condition that significantly impairs its resale value.
The final refund amount will be determined after inspection of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- DJI Care Insurance Cards – Only unused, undamaged cards can be returned. If a DJI Care card is activated, the service is running and cannot be refunded.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
If you need a different product, please place a new order and return the unwanted item following the return process.
Refunds
You will be notified once your return is received and inspected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
- If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at kontakt@djistorenorge.no.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at kontakt@djistorenorge.no for assistance.
Withdraw from your purchase
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The period runs from the day you receive your order.
You can withdraw from your purchase here – no login required. Enter your name, order number and the email address you used at checkout, then confirm your withdrawal.
What happens next?
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- If you've received your order, we'll take you straight to our return portal, where you can easily order a return label.
You'll always receive an email confirmation as soon as your withdrawal has been registered.
